Building the Digital Ecosystem of a Nonprofit Organization for Children’s Mental Health

Our Approach

Our main objective was to bring Erwin’s vision to life by building brand foundations and a digital ecosystem from the ground up.

Narratives and brand communications

We began by crafting compelling narratives that capture Gratitude Gang’s mission, emphasizing the role the group plays in driving positive social impact.

By focusing on the challenges of malnutrition and mental health, as well as showcasing the beneficiary stories, we showed how Gratitude Gang is creating a brighter future for the children they support.

We took inspiration from their old branding, using light, positive, and hopeful language throughout their messaging. The goal was to build a strong, enthusiastic community ready to support and spread the word about Gratitude Gang's work.

Visual identity, logo design and graphic elements

We developed a vibrant visual identity that reflects the warmth and optimism of Gratitude Gang’s mission.

Drawing inspiration from sunflowers, symbolizing positivity, happiness, and hope, we designed graphics and visual elements that tell the story of Gratitude Gang’s impact while highlighting the pressing challenges of malnutrition and mental health.

Our goal was to establish a deeper emotional connection with the audience and engage them with the mission.

Theory of Change

To clearly articulate Gratitude Gang's impact to donors, partners, and stakeholders, we created a visual framework that illustrates their Theory of Change.

This shows Gratitude Gang’s initiatives and the meaningful outcomes they aim to achieve, providing a clear roadmap of how their efforts will lead to positive change.

Website and funnel development

We built an engaging and user-friendly Wordpress website that will serve as the digital home for Gratitude Gang, showcasing their mission and initiatives. We also built a donation funnel to support their fundraising and community-building efforts.

Social media launch campaign

We launched a social media campaign to generate excitement around Gratitude Gang’s mission.

Through compelling content and visuals, we shared the organization’s vision and the stories of the children and communities benefiting from their programs.

Pitch deck

To help Gratitude Gang secure major donations, partnerships and funding, we designed a highly visual, story-driven pitch deck showing the problem the organization addresses and how they can support their communities.

Merchandise

We designed a range of merchandise, including t-shirts and hoodies, that will help promote the organization and spread awareness about their cause.

Our partnership with Erwin and Gratitude Gang continues as we support their social media campaigns and as part of the Booster Bees, the advocate community dedicated to supporting the organization’s initiatives.
